I’m a therapist, trained at Columbia University in NYC—but traditional therapy, while powerful, left out something essential. I found it was missing the soul of the four elements: the fluid wisdom of Water, the transformative power of Fire, the grounding of Earth, and the unseen guidance of Spirit.
Sage and Rose is my heart’s work, where those missing pieces come alive.
At Sage and Rose we consult runes, explore dreams , play with crystals, initiate into Reiki,
and drink herbal remedies—blending modern psychology with energetic healing for deep emotional and physical alignment.

We will work with bee wax candles created at my studio to help you manifest your Goddess Wish and to heal your Soul.

Reiki Initiations
Traditional Reiki initiations, also known as Reiki attunements, are a series of spiritual and energetic ceremonies.

These attunements are passed down through three levels (or degrees), each designed to deepen connection to the energy and expand healing abilities.

You will be initiated into Reiki level 1 practitioner in order to balance your own energy. You will be able to heal others as well.
​
One personal reiki session is included with the the complimentary Vogel crystal therapy.
